Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges will be accepted for item (s) that are deemed in new and un-used condition, as long as item (s) are returned to seller within 30 days of original delivery. Customer will assume the responsibility and costs of shipping item (s) back to  giftsbyww.com. Refunds will be given only after item (s) are received back at our warehouse, and condition of item (s) is verified. Refunds will be credited back to the card used for original order.

If customer wishes to return purchased item (s) for refund or exchange due to error by  homengardenproducts4u.com or manufacturer’s defect,  giftsbyww.com assumes the responsibility and costs of shipping the items at Standard Ground Rates. Non-standard shipping costs will not be accepted unless previously arranged with us.
